Philip Yancey is a Christian author. Fourteen million of his books have been sold worldwide, making him one of the best-selling evangelical Christian authors.

Biography[]

Yancey grew up in the south, during the Civil Rights Movement. He found himself hating Blacks and Homosexuals, because of his surroundings. But little did he know, one of his friends, Mel White, was gay. He went on to become a well-known author and editor of Christianity Today. Though he got mixed reactions, Christians calling him servant of the devil, and such other remarks, he remains one the top selling Christian authors.
